Found this place along Soi Rambuttri and decided to have a break and a short massage. I must give them credit for the set up and the place appears nice and serene especially when they take you upstairs. However, the aromatherapy massage itself was very very poor. I don't think these masseuse are experienced at all. I felt little to... More

Pai Spa isn't the cheapest spa in Bangkok, and is a little more than the spas around most of the area it sits in, but it was well worth it. Most spas are little rooms, or on the side walk and have no personality. This is in a 140 year old traditional Thai house. You get a wet cloth to... More

The staff is professional, and that's rare in khaosan rd. The therapist found exactly were my back was "broken" and worked on it until it was ok. We've paid for 60mn but had a bit more :)

The staff here went above and beyond to give me a one day thai massage class. The 5 hour training was $90 USD. I called in the late morning to book for the same day. The receptionist asked me to call back in 30 minutes so she could bring staff in. An hour later I was in their air conditioned... More

We saw Pai Spa on Nancy Chandler's Bangkok map and decided to check it out. It has a nice relaxing atmosphere - we went during the day so I don't know if it is loud at night as it is not far from Khao San. The ambiance was definitely cleaner and more relaxing than all the street front massage places.... More

We went there the last day of our stay in thailand, in order to relax after a 2 weeks trip! It was absolutely perfect... The staff was easy going and they were trying to make jokes while massaging, even if they didn't know a work in english :) We had a 30 minutes thai massage and we reached heaven! I... More

Large dead like cockroach in the shower really puts you off and a therapist clearly not interested in doing her job makes this an establishment to avoid. Complained to the receptionist who took my 800 THB on arrival, in somewhat typical Thai fashion , she just laughed , called someone on the mobile and laughed again I have paid a... More

Dear MRS. On behalf of Pai Spa , Firstly, We do apologize you for the poor service that we have gave you on that day. me myself is the person who talked to you , the problem was the therapists gave massage 2hours and 25 mins instead of 2 hours and 30 minutes which they admitted this issue later.
