Quality of product: good Quality of service: good Quality of massage and offers: good Quality of stuff: good Quality of English: good During booking or waiting please, keep you quite, because Thai secretary don't have pro-efficient behavior of Western, so explain better what you want. Spent some times to understand well and declare explicitly your wishes..

400bt an hour is above the normal 300~350bt massage! The therapists are all skillful except for few! Private room is good! Accept credit card but min buy is 500bt worth 75min of foot massage!

Very nice spa next to the Asok BTS. Bt700 for an hour of Aroma Therapy - not much more expensive than you'd pay in the street establishments, but far better quality - and no tips expected (even though appreciated). Shower in the room. Separate rooms (spacious with towels, etc.) Lots of rooms, so no need to book.

This is my favorite massage place lately. I have tried many massage shops in Bangkok Downtown and found out this is the best place for medium price spa and massage place. Oriental and Relax package are great value. I prefer Oriental Package more because at the last part include herbal ball compress. Quality of Thai Massage is really great. The environment... More

This spa is a local favorite of my friend, who recommended it to me. I found the spa to be very clean and attractive. I selected the 1.5 hour aromatherapy massage; the masseuse used lavender oil, which I found to be a bit overpowering. However, the massage was excellent, and I would recommend the service to others.

This day spa located directly opposite Terminal 21 shopping plaza in central Bangkok is one of the very best in town....very popular with ex-patriate community for good reason. Wonderful value, selection of treatments, cleanliness and location make this a "must-do" when in Bangkok....best way to relieve jet-lag!!! Best therapist is Aor.

I read the reviews on here about how great this place is. It's not. The lady I had was not very good. :/ She burned my stomach with the hot herbs, and I have a know in my shoulder worse than when I arrived. I would not suggest wasting all your money on this.

Located near Sukhumvit MRt & Asok BTS stations, with that strategic location Urban Retreat Spa has a very decent price. I took the couple room and the therapist friendly enough. My partner said his therapist a bit lazy during the message and my therapist to me was just OK. If you need a short massage with cleand calm place, I... More
