We want to offer spa-goers a professional, clean, and affordable experience. We emphasize the quality of our professional staff, our spa products, and our cleanliness. Supplies are ordered in smaller batches to ensure freshness when they are used, herbal balls are never re-used and fresh towels are changed for each guest. These are some of our commitments to provide you with the best services, at reasonable prices. We have two branches conveniently located for public transportation. (Right next to BTS exit!) The first one is opposite to the Emporium Department Store and the other one is near Asoke Junction opposite to Terminal 21 Department Store.

Perfect location. Right next to the sky train. A full thai massage cost the equivalent of 10 English pounds. First they wash your feet. Then you change into some comfortable clothing. Then for the next 50 minutes, they massage your legs are neck and back. I have a broken toe, so I advised them of this and they were extremely... More

Found this place by chance while walking in Sukhumvit. Loved it. The Urban Retreat is cool and calming after day of sightseeing. Not only that, the Urban Retreat is elegant, clean (very important) and peaceful. Go and try it out for yourself! Husbands get treated to nice cup of tea while wives have treatment. To keep them happy and healthy.... More

The hotel where we were staying recommended this spa so we decided to give it a try since I was having trouble with my back and I'm always up for a good massage. My husband and I were traveling together so we had a couples massage. We had to pay up front, before the massage, which I thought was a... More

I was in desperate need for some good waxing, as I've been traveling for a few months in Asian countries where waxing is offered, but it just did not seem professional enough for me to try. I have done it by myself from time to time while traveling, but again, the wax I managed to buy was not the best... More

Sadly I have to agree with some reviewers that this spa was a great place to go in the past but has gone down hill over the years. We (me and my husband) used to go there every time we visited Bangkok, but after our last experience we vowed never to go there again. On January 23 we went with... More

I opted for Swedish oil massage and was completely relaxed after 90 minutes. The masseur was experienced and did a good job to stretch the muscles and deep tissue massage.

HavIHG friends in a city is a great help. This is the Spa they use and the experience was fabulous. Half the price of the hotel spa at 450 baht for an hour long Thai massage in a beautiful massage room was special. The massage was good, the location was easy to find, in fact the whole experience was special.... More

A spa recommended by friends. Warm reception upon arrival. Masseurs were well-trained. Overall experience was wonderful.

I must admit, I'm not much of a spa going type. However, on this recent trip to Bangkok, my partner was desperate for a soothing massage after a long hard day at the office (read: shopping). I called up a colleague based in bangkok and Urban Retreat Spa was highly recommended for its cleanliness, experienced masseurs and affordability (compared to... More

The therapist who served me was gentle because I think she knows whenever I'm feeling a bit painful as I rarely do massages. Agree with some of the comments that the counter staff don't give the welcoming feeling (purely for business), but the therapist made up for the shortfall in their service. Did the aromatherapeutic oil massage for 1 hour... More
