Not being a bike rider I embarked upon this tour with trepidation however it was one of the best holidays we've experienced. 4 nights in basic but very clean accommodation was rewarded every day with magnificent views of the coast and of course great local food. Tic and the 2 drivers of our back up support vehicles went above and... More

If you want to experience The real Bangkok and get away from the bustling Westerners, this is the way to go. We did the night tour, and fell in love with Bangkok for a whole different reason. Saw amazing temples and ate some wikid (trustworthy) street food. We chose this to get away from Kao San road and everything else... More

Took the night cycling tour with our guide Tic and I have to say, it was the best experience I've had so far in this great city. Cycling in Bkk is surprisingly easy but this tour through the old villages and temples was really safe and comfortable. We cycled through little inner city "villages", easily avoiding the sleeping cats and... More

My husband & I had only 1 day in Bangkok, so decided to take a bike tour. We did a four hour day tour which covered the 'not famous' Bangkok. Luckily we were the only starters that day so had the tour guide, Tammy, to ourselves. The tour took us through streets, across the bridge, in to some local temples,... More

Have done this bike trip twice and have sent many friends to do it also. The company does a great job with safety and with showing you the sights at a time of day when you wouldn't necessarily see them on your own (and when it is cooler). It is really cool to see Wat Arun an Wat Pho at... More

Can't find the right words to describe how much I have enjoyed this adventure. Started with three days biking in Kanchanaburi with the best tour guide I have ever met Tammy from Grasshopper. Of course can't forget Waw the van driver, both actually made my trip a memorable one. The views are marvelous, the accommodation is perfect, and Tammy knows... More

Grasshopper Adventures' City to Shore bike trip - a combination of urban navigation, ferry boat river crossing, rickety Thai train and 52k of prime riding - is really more a glimpse into the Thailand that most farang will never get to see. And thanks to the expert guiding talents of Nok Noysuwan (ably assisted the day we rode by her... More

Tammy was a super tour guide! We went on the night bike tour. Plan extra time getting to location as traffic can be bad. We were 2 of 6 people. Small nice group of people. We rode through some areas we would not have even checked out had we not done the bike tour. It was great seeing the temples... More

This was fantastic, what a great way to see how Bangkok lives. Through back streets, lane ways, over the river and so much more. The temples at night were lit up and we watched some very young monks having a lesson on the steps of one of the temples. Tried some unusual foods in the flower market which were quite... More

I'd phoned the Grasshopper tours recommended on Tripadvisor and decided to book the one day countryside tour for our first full day in Bangkok. I wasn't sure how we'd cope with a 35 km bike ride in the heat, but the route is completely flat so the cycling, in general, was easy. Woody was a fantastic guide - informative, attentive,... More
