A very special place in Taipei city, a great park, which is clean, neat and very well looked after. One can spend a day there, feeling completely relaxed and safe and alone.

Maybe it was just bad timing, but this was the worst experience during our visit in Taiwain. Yangmingshan was supposed to be beautiful but that day is was VERY COLD (not just cold), windy, and it was raining. Didn't see any Sakura. Only bits of flowers that were left on the tips of the trees. Maybe we had too high... More

Staff tried to be helpful but unfortunately speak very little English. I found the website not very informative and was disappointed that I could not find the way to drive to the Flower clock . Instead we park our car at another part of Yangmingshan and walked about 1.5 hours to the Flower Clock. Envy those people who drove directly... More

Don't leave this palace before dinner as the food is just delicious - that's if you are a vegetable lover. For the meat lovers, don't get overly worried. There are meat dishes available :)

Beautiful scenery, flowers are blooming, nice lunch in flower field. You can spend more time in hot spring, we didn't do it as we run out of time.

Went on a great sunny day for the tulip festival but was kinda of disappointed as it's mainly flower fields runned by some farmers where you can pay a fee to pluck the tulips from the field and bring it home. The festival showcases landscape gardens decorated using tulips but not those fields and fields of tulips that I was... More
