This store is amazing, many many books and magazines. Lovely place for people who enjoy reading and relaxing. Books aren't too expensive either.

CNN has just published a couple of days ago that this bookstore was rated in the second position in its recent World Coolest Bookstore. This bookstore in DunHua South Road in Taipei was on my must-do itinerary in my Taiwan trip. It is easily accessible via Zhongxiao Fuxing and Zhongxiao Dunhua MRT station. It is amazing that it opens 24... More

Great bookstore in Taipei. This is a 24 hour bookstore went there with my friend who's mum just had a book released in Taipei. Massive selection of books in both English and Chinese. Housed in a big bureaucratic looking building. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area.

I visited this bookstore in taipei looking for some english books. The bookstore is located in tunnan, from outside we can see taipei 101 building is very near. There are a lots of other mall around the bookstore. I found this bookstore and it was very huge, about five floors of bookstores, ranging from magazines, comics, novels, to references. There... Disappointing or I how I believed the hype. If it's a book that has been made into a movie you're looking for then go. Otherwise browse online store and get it delivered the same day. NOT floors of books. That's misleading. One floor only; other floors are typical overpriced gift shops. It IS popular though.

If you are a book lover (who reads mandarin), you will need at least half a day here. The bookstore here spreads over 5 floors (I think) with a food court in the basement. There is starbucks and one or two other small cafes to take a break from all that browsing. Basement level has also a section for children.... More

A fantastic book shop with everything nature and type of books under one roof. One should always consider spending a whole day there just reading, browsing and enjoying the every single book that they offer. They have a pretty nice cafe there too. There are a decent selection of toddler's books there in both Chinese and English.

Taiwan's version of Kinokuniya. Lovely wide selection of books. Bookworms can spend an entire day here. Stocks a range of magazines too. A must visit for any bookworm.

A great place to catch up with some reading any time of day. When tired there is a cafe that serves coffee, tea and alcohol. Lots of friendly staff that will help you locate books and unwrap them for your reading convenience.
