We came here in the morning and pretty much everything was closed. There were just a few groups of seniors practicing tai chi. The area seemed really nice and we promised ourselves to come later. Alas, we couldn't manage I get the time to do so... It does seem to have a great vibe when all shops are open.

huashan creative park was a factory area before, but now full fill with the variants of shows and exhibitions. I love this place so much. It was the place I always been there during weekends or my free time, just for walking, taking photos or visit the specialist exhibition. There also have pieces of lawn, you can also enjoy ur... Huashan creative park is one of my favourite places in Taipei. Why? It doesn't have such a commercialized feel about it, as do many of the other attractions. It seems young, artsy people really come here to hang out and enjoy themselves. It is also a really nice place to hang out during summer evenings and have a beer, because... More

Similar to songshan but more authentic and smaller in size. There is only a few exhibition hall around the park. You can go for a foreign movie if you are not interested in exhibition. Or go for a coffee at the cafe around the area. You will see student taking photograph or recording video around the park. There was couple... More

Took a friend's advice during my trip to Taipei last December and headed here for a look one Saturday afternoon. It was easy to locate and although we did not manage to attend any of their arts/film screening events, it was worth walking around. There are flea markets and free performances on weekends - I recall enjoying a Taiwanese percussion... More

Recommended by locals, the place is a delight to visit. Besides many handicraft items, there is a album store on level 2 that sells mostly local collections. There are many quaint food options and cafes within the area. There is also a place to screen the local non mainstream movies.

this is a nice renovated space for the arts and design but it's a bit too clean and tidy for my tastes

This converted brewery property is just several blocks away from our Taipei apartment, though we've only recently started going there. Lots of shops and restaurants plus 2 screens showing foreign and art films, not to mention the big performance stage and a couple of indoor venues. Always something going on day or night; great place to people watch or see... More

This old factory contains several exhibition areas, small shops selling creative/artistic products, some restaurants and cafes. We just wandered around the different building for quite some time and were never bored due to the variety.

On the name of creativity, there were few dance competitions, jump market, small small stalls with lot of garbage and fool smell around. The only thing which I liked was National Geographic gallery and Alley cat's Pizza for lunch!
