Ningxia, smaller, but better than shilin, IMO

Highly recommend this night market. Although it is not a big night market compare to other famous night market, the food is good. The stores that I will recommend most are the bbq store near the end of the street, salty water chicken (cucumber is a must to order), mochi ice and pig blood soup (next to salty water chicken... Night markets are always a great attraction for visitors to Taiwan. Ningxia is a great one to visit if you are around that area. Compared with the US, I would say you get better food for lower prices. A few tips for visiting night markets in general: 1. Some fruits may be sold at a higher than appropriate price. If... More

I'm not a huge street food fan, but that may be because I live on the mainland, where street food can be dangerous. Here, the food is amazing, diverse, and culturally significant. Ningxia offered some solid choices at reasonable prices without being suffocatingly crowded. I've been to Shilin, too, but I prefer Ningxia.

Its location is at the Ningxia road (寧夏路)which is very close to the Shuanglian MRT station and Zhongshan MRT station. It is about 15 minutes from the hotel i stayed and you can imagine that i walked... More

Very small night market. A lots of food stall along the street. Actually there is nothing else to buy beside foods. If you are a food's lover then this is the place for you.

The food I tried was quite good. Stinky Tofu, noodle burritos, oyster pancake, shaved ice. They don't really have any shops to buy things. But I would recommend this one for food.

Quite a long stretch with many many good food. the smelly toufu there is good! Smelly enough. Other food also nice. Location is not too far from MRT station. And there are signboards telling you the way to the night market. Good!

Not as good as I expected. The food variety can be improved, along with the price, I may hesitate to visit there again
