This museum is a bit far from lakeside but definitely worth a visit if you like butterflies. The area is interesting too, govt university campus all around.

Lots of very very beautiful specimens. Needs maintenance though, most of Museums in Pokhara are run down.

This mseum is situated in the premises of P.N. campus. Generally we think mueums are in bigger buildings, spread in huge but this museum is in a small house. It is established and conducted under Annapurna conservation project. As clear by its name it has very goo collections of buterflies found in pokhara and surounding hilly/mountain areas.
