I went to this place looking forward to a wonderful experience seeing as it's a reputable cafe.... I'll admit it - Bourbon is the place that I go (and that many expats go!) when I want to pretend that I'm not in Rwanda for a while. Bourbon Cafe is a chain in Rwanda that sells coffee, tea, hot chocolate, pastries, etc. You could kind of say it's like their version of Starbucks.
