Wanted to visit Bojo beach today, showing a friend of ours around Ghana. We were denied access because my camera has more than one lens and I was labeled a commercial photographer!! We were not allowed to enter the resort!!! So much for tourism in Ghana!!!! Will NEVER go there again!!!!

Beach is good, costs 10 cedi to get there on a boat but there are no hawkers or beggers. There is a bar and restaurant on the beach but they take FOREVER for any type of service, are over priced, and underwhelming.

This beach has a small resort which is modern. However the road to get there is rough. There are both tourists and locals and for the most part the beach is cleaner than some others. There is an active fishing village there, so you get a chance to see into local daily life as you relax. You can rent equipment... More

No hawkers. No hawkers. No hawkers. That's the beauty of the place. Can't take you own food but the facility kitchen for food and drink is fine and prices ok. Great sea no plastic contamination visible.

Visited some time ago in March thoroughly enjoyed our day. Weather was perfect and the water was lovely. Service also quite good.

Absolutely loved this beach. You get in a boat for a very short ride to the beach itself. And it's lovely with a little bar there selling food and drink. Music playing people happy dancing playing volleyball and swimming in sea, sand is very soft perfect for kids loved it here will definitely return when we travel again.
