Came here hoping to see elephants and weren't disappointed! The hotels are ok, some more pricey than others but all clean and in great places.

This isn't an East African wildlife park, so temper your expectations. With that said, there's nothing cooler than seeing the elephants in the wild. I've done Nazinga in the rainy season (August) and the dry season (January). I would definitely recommend the dry season, as in the rainy season the grass grows so high that you couldn't see an elephant... More

The park is ok There are elephants and birds but not many other animals to see. Compared to the parks in East Africa it is small and offers little. However, if u are already in Burkina, it is not that far from Ouagadougou; the main city so it is nice to go there for one day. You shall go very... More

This off the beaten track park is a wondeful place for people to see wildlife with a great place to stay in a beautiful country. Nazinga was my last stop in Burkina. If you do not have your own transportation it can be very difficult to get in and out of unless you can hop on someones moto and then... More

Here again, we spent a few years not months or weeks in Burkina Faso, so we went to the Nazinga Game Park often. Its nice but kinda hit and miss on whether or not you will see wildlife. No lions but lots of elephants. Go in Jan. Feb. or Mar.

Not to be compared with east Africa, but as it is not busy a very relaxing place. Garantuee to see elephants up close. The lake has crocodiles, nice to sit and watch at night. Bring torch, chair and drinks.

The rainy season is not the best time to travel to Nazinga, but it worked out fine. Four wheel drive is a necessity, as the road was very, very rough and flooded in several places. We did see a good number of elephants, antelope, baboons and birds. I can see how it would be much easier to see the animals... More

The road from Ouagadougou is in good condition and there is not much traffic (3 hours drive). Once you get to Nazinga you'll se the elephants in and around a little lake just next to the reserve's HQ and the main accommodation and restaurants. In two days I saw 60 or so elephants, large numbers of baboons, some antelopes, guinea... More
