We went in a hired car - not usally recommended for Tunisia but it was fun. Buy a good map before you go. This amazing place is hardly signposted and you have to be determined to keep going to find it but it is well worth it. more

We hired a taxi to take us from Tunis to these Roman remains (A couple of hours drive), and were very pleased to have visited them. They were extensive and quite varied - and on a magnificent site. There is a pleasant and very welcome cafe. more
