After driving in the sand dunes you discover, out of nowhere the little Tatooine! Amazing! It's there if front of you in the middle of the desert. You cannot go inside the house but you can go around the whole "village" and take pictures. Better go in low season. We were the only people there (7 people). If you want... More

Sahara is gorgeus. Even we were only at the very beginning of it's immense area. Walking through the sand, climbing and descending dune-awsome. Than we arrive near the village on another planet. It looks exactly like that. Amazing. But...and there is always but... tunisians should take more care of it. Ot has a great value and it deserves more care.... More

I was staying in a hotel in Sousse but could not get a hotel trip that was going to visit the "Mos Espa" set from episode 1 film, so decided to do the trip myself as an independent. I was a bit concerned about traveling alone in Tunisia after the shootings in Tunis back in April but Have always wanted... More

The set is quorate interesting and the journey to it even more so! I am not a fan of star wars (never seen it! Sorry) but even so it was still interesting and I will be watching it now! The locals pitch up there with trapped wild animals and charge for pictures, if nobody pays them they will stop this... More

I'm a Star Wars fan and really enjoyed this excursion. The ride out in 4x4s is fun and it's a great experience going across the desert. The village itself is cool to see although it is starting to become worn and I doubt it will get repaired soon. The sellers here are annoying as they pitch right in front of... More

The drive there was interesting, especially if you climb a small stony nearby hill. The collection of small Star Wars houses is not particularly interesting in itself- but you can claim to have visited a film location truly in the middle of nowhere.

Not being one myself, the best part of this trip was getting to the set. Going through the desert is absolutely stunning, and doing it in a 4WD makes it even more fun! The actual set was quite small, but visiting it with a Star Wars fan, i understand how great it was! You will be accosted by souvenir sellers... More

Just getting to the site is fun. Driving through the desert and seeing the views was breathtaking. The star wars décor is cool to see and the people there are really happy to see you. They try to sell you some stuff which was fine. They even had a desert fox which you could take pictures with him for a... More

If your a massive Star Wars fan like I am then the set will not disappoint. Parts of the set are falling apart but some work has been done and money is being raised to help preserve the site. Great fun would highly recommend
