Overall an excellent experience, both during the planning stage (thanks to Alex and Dmitrii at Altezza.travel in Moshi), and during the actual safari led by our very knowledgeable guide, Frank. We visited Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro, Serengeti, Lake Natron and Volcano Lengai ( 9 days programm). We were very happy with the whole trip. The landscape and scenery are beautiful and... If you want to get a taste of naturally preserved wild life then there is no better place than Seronera. Located in the central Serengeti this place captures wild life at its best. We saw the big 5 and the great migration. Every possible wild life experience that you can envision is captured here. Leopards, Lions, deers, crocodiles, elephants, hippos,... More

Everytime we drove near Seronera we saw lions, once a pride with 11 cubs, another time a lioness with a cub and another time a lioness by herself. We saw love birds, leopard near this area as well

What else can be said about this place. I was expecting great things but was blown away - this is truly a "bucket list" experience. We came in early April, rainy season, but weather was not a big issue. The scenery was lush and from what I read it is more beautiful this time of year. It did rain a... More

The Serengeti lives up to its reputation in every way. We saw an astounding amount and variety of wildlife at every turn. The plain itself and the surrounding woodlands are like nothing else on earth. The roads are bumpy and dusty. This is called an "African Massage" but this little inconvenience should not deter you. A trip here is one... More

Excellent wildlife viewing and amazing scenery. Savannah at its best. My only negative point would be the terrible crowding of vehicles around some animal sightings (e.g. cheetah or leopard). I appreciate all tourists should get the opportunity to see these amazing creatures, but it should be better managed as it creates congestion and takes away from the wilderness feeling.

We drove to the central Serengeti alongside the wildebeest migration. Wow. It was non-stop amazing. Here's what made it great for us: 1. Our guide, Fulgence, from Access2Tanzania. He knew where to go and what to look for. (I will shortly post a separate review for this company.) We saw all kinds of lions, leopards, a bajillion wildebeest and zebra,... More

I would like to share with all the reason why my wife and I rate (East African Safari Tour Company )EASTCO poorly. My Wife and I planed a safari tour for February which is something that we dreamed of doing for some time. We choose booking the safari with EASCO because we read that they are a small family company... More

Beautiful place to visit. Set in the Serengeti National Park. The airstrip provides an easy access for those who prefer not to drive from Arusha to Serengeti

We saw all of the "Big 5" with the exception of the rhino in our visit to Serengeti. (The rhino which is sadly facing extinction seem to be doing well in the Ngorongoro Crater, thankfully. ) In or around Seronera and southern Serengeti we saw leopard, lion, elephant, cape buffalo, hippo, wildebeest, zebra, giraffe, antelope, impala, wart hog, cheetah, hyena,...
