We did the Machame 6 days last week and it was a mind blowing experience... Manase picked us up from the airport and there our adventure began... Keys Hotel is a nice place to stay and meet other climbers. About the price, Top Climbers has very competitive prices but the quality is as least as good as the ones that... More

Just returned from a 7 day climb of Mt Kilimanjaro. We were a group of three and went with KiliBase Adventures. Our guide Sifael (Walace) and Assistant Guide Gabriel were fantastic. They were fun to be with, calm, well prepared and timed our summit perfectly so that we arrived just as the sun rose. Not many moments in life as... More

I did the 8-day Lemosho route with Climb Kili and really enjoyed it - rainforest to glacier, with plenty of time for acclimatization and sightseeing along the way. My guide Herment Mosha was outstanding! He was friendly, fun, and knowledgeable. He's climbed the mountain more than one hundred times and was a great motivator and inspiration to our group. He... Highly recommend Team Kilimanjaro! During our search for a guide company Ally, our TK expedition coordinator, explained every detail imaginable in great detail leaving us with no doubt that Team Kilimanjaro was the guide company for us. Every question and concern, and there was many, was quickly and professionally addressed. Our guide, Tumiani and crew, were no different. It was... More

From our point of view,....from the very initial contact with Trekking Hero who answered our continuous questions almost immediately every time, to the coordinator in Moshi who delivered on all our requests without fail,.......and to the AMAZING guides, cook and porters, I have nothing but praise for the entire group. Our guides were patient, knowledgeable in both the physical and... More

As part of a group of 6, I had a wonderful time hiking Kilimanjaro with Majestic Kilimanjaro. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable, experience and accommodating. They made sure we were comfortable at all times and were very flexible in planning our trek as the days progressed. We summitted a day ahead of schedule which gave us more time to relax... More

I had a wonderful time climbing Kilimanjaro with Tumaini and the Majestic Kilimajaro team in January 2016. It was completely unique, very different from other backpacking I've done. We hiked through extremely varied terrain, learning about the local vegetation from our knowledgeable guides. We stuffed ourselves with delicious food at every meal, prepared by our talented and always smiling chef.... More

I just returned from an awesome climbing and safari experience thanks to Barafu Tours and Safaris. Our group of four hiked the Rongai route to the Uhuru summit of Kilimanjaro. The guides, cook, and porters took excellent care of us, fed us well, and encouraged us. On return to Moshi, we decided to take a safari tour and Barafu made... More

If you are looking for a company to climb Mount Kilimanjaro with, look no further-Majestic Kilimanjaro is the best of the best. I just returned from a trip up the Lemosho Route (we were meant to do an 8 day climb but finished in 7 as we were able to acclimatize more quickly than we had originally planned) with my... More

I am just back from having, successfully, completed the 8 day Lemosho route with the African Walking Company. I picked the Lemosho route because of its longer duration and therefore better opportunity for acclimatisation. As a bonus you get to see and experience areas not used by many of the routes, including the rain forests on day one (we had... More
