Husband and I had joint hammam and relaxing massage. The spa house is clean and efficient and hallways and rooms are nicely decorated. Like other reviewers I did feel a bit like I was on a conveyer belt of treatments. The staff usher you around and although they're not unpleasant they don't have an aura of being warm or welcoming.... More

Very friendly staff and beautiful interior. The atmosphere is very peaceful and a perfect opposite to the noisy city. After Hammam you get to relax in a small room with nice music and tea, water and cookies. It was the best thing to do in Marrakesh! You'll feel so peaceful and fresh afterwards :)

Les Bains is quite possibly the most exquisite hammam spa I've seen in my five months in Morocco. The decor and design are simply stunning. Unfortunately beauty isn't everything and I've had much better hammam at incredibly less fancy spas. The staff were just friendly enough, but not as warm and welcoming as most Moroccans. I was rushed into the... More

For 200 DH they ran me through like cattle. For 3 minutes they smeared the soap on and left me for 10 minutes. Not much steam in the room. When the woman came back she put COLD water on me. You better take your shower in 3 minutes as they are in a hurry. then no towel offered to put... More

Went with a group of girlfriends, as we love doing baths/spas when we travel (eg Istanbul, Budapest, Bali) -- this experience was only okay. Half had good bath experiences, half had decent massage, but not one had a good all-around experience. My massage was terrible -- no pressure, no change after I asked for more pressure a couple times, and... More

The best way to end a great vacation by stopping here the day before leaving Morocco. I opted to do the traditional hamman with a massage and I was in heaven. After walking around Marrakech and Fes for 2 weeks, I desperately needed to relax. And relax I did. The spa is beautiful. Very clean and easy to find as... More

In a city wish is as manic as Marrakech is, hiding away in this hammam for a few hours offers blessed tranquility. They have got the system down to a T here and it is a smoothly run operation. The hammam experience was very relaxing and the hour long massage that followed was sheer bliss. My only criticism is that... More

Perhaps because I was the last customer for the hammam, it was a bad experience. The jacuzzi was cold and unpleasant. The changing room door was spoilt and could not be opened. When I knocked and called, no one came and I was locked in and had to find a way to force it open. No one cared or apologised... More
