this was a gift for my boyfriend... A whole afternoon in relax... this place is an authenthic gem. Clean, elegant, romantic...it's a perfect getaway... i strongly suggest the lit candles bath with rose petals, the black soap gommage and hammam and the massage... after each session of treatment they let you rest in beautiful rooms with faint light, curtains, candles.... more

Went to the hammam with my sister, and not quite sure what to expect. First we were led into a little dark room by a young women, who told me to take my bikini top off. when I said no, she insisted, so off it came!! My sister was instructed to roll down her swimming costume and again had no... more

Please note that this is an experience and should not be taken too seriously has a place to get an authentic Hammam. Saying that I had an excellent expereince and felt super afterwards. I had never been to a spa before but I wanted to try a Hammam so dragged my g/f along. The advantage of this place is that... more

We booked our Hammam in advance having found this beautiful riad whilst walking around Marrakech. We noticed that it was really busy and felt we had to try it. What a terrible disappointment. The staff were unfriendly, did not explain what was going on and treated us as if we were on a production line. They provide nice slippers, great... more

My boyfriend and I went to les bains de Marrakech for his birthday and we had an amazing time. We booked a traditional face and body formula with a 45mn hammam and black soap body scrub and ghassoul body mask, 1h body massage and 1h oriental facial mask . my boyfriend and i booked a stimulating duo hammam and massage. one of the reasons we booked this spa was so we could have our treatments together. neither of us have really been to a spa before and we weren't sure what to expect! the place itself is really beautiful and the staff were very professional and polite, not great... more

The owner of my Riad recommended and arranged my visit to Les Bains de Marrakech. This Hammam is usually booked up, so a reservation is highly recommended. This is the most beautiful place I have EVER seen. I don't usually go to spas, but I have seen the inside of one or two, and nothing compares to this. Just walking... more

Having read many of the complaints on here, my girlfriend and I were a little bit hesitant to book, but took the plunge on the recommendation of two friends of ours who went there last year (and got engaged in the romantic duo bath too...!). We had an absolutely wonderful and relaxing day. That said, I can understand some of... more

This place is expensive. It caters only for tourists - and even after the exchange rate conversion, its definitley not a bargain. I'm sure there are cheaper places out there. Their booking system needs a revamp - you have to fill out a MS Word document with your credit card details, that they hold as security in case you cancel... more

I was at Les Bains de Marrakech today with my sister (I'm her brother). We're both in our 40s. We'd booked a hammam, gommage and massage. First, after changing into bathrobes, we were kept waiting for 30 minutes without any explanation. Then we were taken into a lukewarm hammam by a surly woman with offensive body odour. Twice during the... more
