The gardens were good, but somewhat smaller than expected. However the cactus collection was very impressive.

perfect for a few hours away from the chaos of the main town - nice cafe for lunch or a drink too. A good starting point to then visit the new town

It's easy to explain. YSaint Laurent fell in love with this place which had been neglected. He bought it and ask for the help of other artist to give it a new life. It's definetely a must-see because of the gardens, because of the pots are painted with the famous Saint-Laurent colours (blue, yellow, fashionistas and lovers of fashion will... More

If you don't see any other attraction in Marrakech make sure you visit these beautiful gardens. Visit early as it can get quite crowded but don't miss them. A visit to the Berber Museum which is extra is small but also worth visiting if only for the wonderful starry sky inside.

This is a wonderful place to take pictures and see where YSL lived when he was in Marrakech. Worth the trip!

Well worth the time. A cool (temperature) and interesting display of the joining of art with dessert botany.

I was rather disappointed as this in my opinion was nothing special in comparison to other botanical gardens. And as you would expect from the YSL reference in a climate which allows a more exuberant, dense and colorful vegetation.

This is a beautiful garden in the new town of Marrakech, developed by Jacques Majorelle initially and refurbished by Yves St Laurent more recently. It is an oasis of shade and quiet (provided a tourist party hasn't just turned up en masse!) in the craziness that is Marrakech, and well worth a visit (but try and go early in the... More

Excellent garden. It is unbelievable that this place is in Marakesh - there is no noise, not so hot (you walk all the time in shade). The best place for relax. Café in there is very expensive, food is slightly above average. And "traditional hot choccolate" is poor.
