It is nice to know when you buy a mint tea here for instance that it's funding worthwhile projects locally. Sweet upstairs terrace and very friendly staff. Good place to get henna tattoos done

I had henna here and it looks amazing! You need at least 30 minutes between the application and drying and you need to leave it on overnight. I did it after hammam and it's been about 6 days and it's still going strong! There is a binder with tons of designs and price ranges to choose from. Super organized and... More

I found Henna Cafe the day before I was leaving Morocco and it was practically next door to my wonderful Riad Rose du Desert. I so wish I'd discovered it earlier - It's a place with a cause, the people were interesting and I would have enjoyed getting to know them better during my stay in Marrakech!! Next trip!!

Ok - so the concept is great, and it's important to support initiatives like this. However, to be completely honest, while the food was good, it wasn't the best we had, nor was it the cheapest. It wouldn't take much though to make the food fantastic - perhaps we just didn't go on the best day.

Great little cafe serving basic meals and drinks with the added attraction of a wonderful henna artist, friendly staff, and a teaching room on the ground floor - all profits go towards providing basic education for locals - a great idea. We had a very happy visit.

had my first ever henna tattoo here. Dragged my husband here but he was delighted I did after he had some of their delicious baba ganoush . a must when visiting this vibrant city. It is in an authentic district and you really feel you are amongst the local people. Loved it!!!!!!

The cafe is charming and the food is quite tasty. The staff were all very friendly and my henna was beautiful. I only had a small design done but a table of women across from me had gorgeous and intricate designs done. There's only one lady doing the henna so there was a slight wait when I was there. I... Food was rubbish. Very little space and we waited for ever. Henna was good though. Not sure how happy the tortoise was either.

Visited here are seeing the good reviews on tripadvisor and I was not disappointed. I found sitting on the terrace very relaxing and it was nice to know that we were supporting a charity. There is a good range of fresh tasting teas and juices. The menu was quite basic, but tasty and excellent value for money. The charm of... More
