We are staying at the hotel (which is amazing and due 5 stars) and expected the hammam to meet the same levels and the rest. However, although my mothers hammam treatment was good, the manicure and pedicures were sub standard by any country I have been to and I did not feel like I had had a treatment at all... More

330 Dirham for a 30 minutes hamman (scrub, steam bath etc.). Staff incredibly professional and polite, and the place is run very smoothly. It is not cheap, but then luxury is not, ever, cheap!

My daughter and I signed up for the Hamman and a massage. We were treated like royalty. The Hamman is a unique experience which one should have once in one's life. Everything was so relaxing.

The place itself is very nice as is the staff. All prices seem to high compared to the other services in marroko. We had the royal hammam which was 450d ~ 45€. The treatment included a scrubbing and oiling of only around 5-10 minutes and a hot steam bath for the rest of the total 45 minutes. The scubbing and... More

I really liked the experience. Was not staying at the hotel, went only for the hammam. Stuff was very polite, patient and helpful. Explained the procedures I selected, did not try to convince me to do something different (which was already a big plus for the establishment), at the end when there was some issue with my card they were... I can't believe the previous bad review. I stayed at the hotel and had a hammam and body mask there. The spa is gorgeous and so romantic and luxurious! I also booked hammam at heritage spa and by far preferred this to that one as the hammam better here and staff were all so lovely to us. You need to... More

Several members of the staff at this hotel were incredibly rude and arrogant, actually laughing in our faces and making snide comments. We understand that Rammadan may create hunger-based irritation in the starving staff, but this was too much. If you are not a french speaker, they are not interested in helping you at all. This is a pity, since... More

The actually treatment is poor the products, the service and the staff leave alot to be desired. The price is too much for what you get. I.ve had many hammam experiences and this was not pleasant its was quick and not effective.
