I am sorry this is so late, we were hoping to try all the recipes again to see if we can re-create them after a wonderful day but so far so good! This place was highly rated on TripAdvisor and i can see why - great staff (who dropped us back at the airport!), great food, nice and relaxed on... More

We had a fabulous time doing this cookery course. It was informative but most of all, it was a load of fun. Michel was a fantastic host with a great sense of humour. The Moroccan lady that thought us (Fatima?) was very good and quite stern at times, which was needed as most of us were talking all the time.... More

I spent about five hours in early November 2014 at the cooking class for Moroccan cuisine. It was a Monday, so we prepared lamb with prunes tajine. The class was full of funny but also serious students from around the world and the instructors were excellent: thoughtful, but also demanding and helpful to students, like me, who were less skilled... A great cooking class by people who are passionate about food and make cooking s fun experience. We were picked up on time in the morning and it was about a 40 minute drive to the farm out of Marrakech. We were then introduced and shown how to cook bread, a variety of salads, a tagine and moroccan pancakes. Along... More

After 3 days exploring Marrakech we needed a relaxing activity and this turned out to be perfect. Transported out of the city to a peaceful countryside location, learning to cook mouth watering Moroccan dishes but above all having a lot of fun. The host, Michel, is very welcoming and entertaining making you feel instantly at ease. The chef we had,... More

More than a cooking class - learned about spices, the local agriculture in lovely environment. If you just want to cook and nothing else, then I think something in the Medina would be better. This was more of an intro to Morocco class with 70% cooking.

This was without doubt our best day in Marrakech. Michel is entertaining and informative, making the whole experience really enjoyable. The tagine we made was the best we ate during our stay. We also did the hammam and loved that too.

Already expecting an exciting interactive course from the reviews, it lived up to expectations. Learnt so much about blending spices together to get the perfect mix of flavours. Nothing bring food together like the "Morrocan special spice"
