Had such a great day cooking delicious food! Michel was a great host and Fatiha an excellent teacher. The place is located a short distance out from the city, which was nice and very tranquil. The bus collected us from our Riad so there was no hassle finding it. We learned about all the different spices, and how to make... More

My friend and I booked a cookery course before we left for Marrrakech. I suggest you book before you go as it is so popular. Michel and his staff are the loveliest people and make the instructions really easy to understand. We learn't loads of facts regarding all the different spices, which was really interesting. The day was really fun... More

Would highly recommend -- one of our highlights in Marrakesh. The price was very reasonable and included the pick-up and drop-off in town. Michel and the rest of the staff were fantastic. We learned a lot about Moroccan spices and how to cook a bunch of different dishes. We also got to snack throughout on delicious Moroccan food that was... More

A great experience. Michel was a great host, very entertaining! The Cook was fantastic and the cooking instruction was easy to follow. Lots of hands-on preparation and created delicious food with recipes you can replicate at home! Very worth while if you love cooking and eating great food.

Spend a day in Michel's world--you won't regret it. In a bright and clean kitchen, you will learn about spices, cooking technique, and the importance of a cooking to the soundtrack of West African drums. Fathiha (I really hope I'm transliterating correctly) is a fantastic teacher: patient, kind, and great with a knife. Despite entering the class with a bit... More

Cannot recommend this more. The course itself was fantastic and coupled learning and cooking with a lot of entertainment and fun. Those running the course were great and very welcoming and ensured we all had a great time. Would definitely recommend you do this course!

We thoroughly enjoyed our day at this excellent cook school where we learned to make delicious lamb and prune tagine, home-made bread and salads. It was a great day out away from the chaos of the medina. It was lovely to sit down at the end and enjoy the food we had made. I would definitely recommend it!

My girlfriend (USA) and I (UK) were recommended Faim D'epices by a friend who had visited 2 years prior, and we are so glad that she did. Michel was fantastic and picked us up from our rented apartment . The class itself offers so much more than just a how-to, step-by-step instruction (which it does extremely well). All round it...
