A great way to spend a day with Michel and his staff. Learn to cook a tangine, great food, plenty of discussion and gossip...most enjoyable

My mom and I had a wonderful time at this cooking class. From our arrival to the very end, everything was professional, enjoyable and informative. My mom was concerned with it being a full day class but we both felt the time went by quickly because of how enjoyable it was. We were impressed with the professionalism and staff (both... More

This is probably the nicest and most original cooking class We have taken. The lovely Fatiha showed us how to make the best couscous we ever tried and the welcoming Michel showed us what is to know about Morrocan spices and oils. The pace and the environment is very relaxing focusing on having a good time rather than learning many... More

Great day spent on farm grounds cooking with Michel and others. Key features were: stylish and modern premises; laid back atmosphere with time to talk to others on the course; entertaining host, Michel; lovely farm grounds setting; all ingredients pre-bought and set out; good range of dishes; great shop selling tagines, spices, bowls etc and follow-up with recipes.

This was a welcome break to the craziness of Marrakech. Informative, fun, relaxing and most of all, delicious. Michel and Fatiha were great hosts and the whole day was extremely memorable. We look forward to attempting their amazing recipes again at home!

We were not sure what to expect but from arrival till the end we had a fabulous and memorable experience . Michel and Fatiha were very organised, friendly and very... More

We visited this past weekend as part of my friend's hen party. It was recommended to me by a friend and I'm so glad we decided to go! We were collected from our hotel at the agreed time and greeted by Michel, who is a funny quirky French guy and a great host! We sat down and had a little... More

Absolutely fantastic experience! We loved the entire day - you are always kept busy, there is always food, and you are taught how to make lots of things, not just the main course dish (eg Moroccan breakfast pancakes, salads etc). Would DEFINITELY recommend!! :)

We had a really great time and learned so much. Extremely well organized. Each person has their own cooking station. Michel and Fathia were extraordinary teachers. The food was delicious and the other people in our group were so much fun. A really wonderful day
