This cooking class was an amazing experience. Everything about it was well-organized- email contact, transportation, the schedule of events, etc. Michel was a very entertaining and kind host, and the food we prepared was delicious! I live in Morocco and would definitely recommend this experience for both vacationers and ex-pats living in Morocco.

The booking process was painless and Michel gave a very good indication of what was involved in the cookery course. We were picked up bang on time... More

I went there with my wife and we both learned a lot and had a great time. The spices workshop is really worth it. Pick up and transportation went smooth and punctual and the staff at the farm were just great. Everything is really well prepared and conducted. Definitely a MUST DO

I booked this experience for my very first day in Marrakech and I can happily say it really was a fabulous experience. From beginning to end Michel and his team were amazing. The booking system was easy and communication was fluent and fast answering my questions and preferences to cooking and eating vegetarian food ( which was delicious ). As... More

Just back from Marrakesh, our first day we had booked this cookery course. It was great and such fun. Went with my daughter and young son who is 15. We all had a great time and sitting out in the sun eating our lovely meals was just the icing on the cake. Would recommend this to everyone, you learn a... More

Faim D'Epices is a great day out of busy Marrakech to relax and enjoy making tasty Moroccan food in a fun and social environment. The spot that you go to is out on a farm and the kitchen is spacious and well resourced. My favourite part was the blind sniff test with the spices and learning about how to know... More

My sister recommended this cooking class - which she did about 5 years ago. It was brilliant - the whole day was well organised, in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Michel is a perfect host but Fahita was a hidden gem. Her teaching of each dish was easy to understand. I would definitely do this one again. We also did... More

Michel's cooking class was certainly one of our Marrakech highlights. The food is great, the recipes are really tasty and still down to earth - you can easily cook them at home. Michel and Fatiha are great hosts who know a lot about Moroccon food and spices. It was a really fun and nice day!

Attended with my wife. After a bit of confusion down to collection time we we met by Michel, our great host and driver, to took us to his farm house and where the class would be conducted. It was great fun day who we both enjoyed greatly. We learnt about different spices and herbs, how to cook fresh bread, Moroccan... More
