Although we did not have time to go in, the outside is just lovely to photograph night or day. I would have liked to go through the inside but ran out of time.

We were located across from the station which is situated in a wide plaza with water fountains outside. The building itself is very impressive, not least the massive lights and glass entrance. We found the machines rather confusing at first but friendly staff were on hand to assist. In the end we didn't take the rail journey we'd considered but... More

The station has a beautiful Moroccan style and inside it's a very clean modern station. It's cool place in the immense heat and very clean environment. We already knew the time of the train we needed to catch so we purchased our ticket's very quickly without any problems, the lady who served us understood sufficient English to help us with... More

Built in a classic, very imposing style, inside it is very clean (including the toilets) and services are efficient. Our one dissapointment was the lady on the information desk (late morning of 6.5.13) who just didn't seem interested. Other staff were fine.

You can happily spend several hours in the railway station. There are nice toilets and a selction of cafes including a juice bar. There aren't many trains, and the station has a tranquil quality rare in Marrakesh

The trainstation is amazing, it looks extremely luxureus and beautiful. The restaurants (Not talking about the Mcdonalds or KFC of course) are nice and have terraces looking over the new city which is beatiful and very luxe. The food is good and not too expensive from what you would expect.

This is just a magnificent building! Possibly the most beautiful railway station in the world... It's a real landmark in central Marrakech, opposite the sadly unused Theatre Royal.
