This was certainly well located to our hotel, Ryad Salama, and the space for the massage was nice enough. The ladies giving the massage were pretty good, I could have done without the face massage which left me greasy. The issue was the masseuse was blowing her nose the whole time and having someone blow their nose and then massage... More

My boyfriend and I booked in to do a hammam and massage. The experience was great, very relaxing and the two ladies made us feel very comfortable. We went on our last day in Morocco and it was a superb treat before getting on a cramped flight. The riad itself was incredible, especially the rooftop, which had the best view... More

We loved our experience! The women knew this was our first experience and explained everything so we didn't feel awkward at all. I loved having the private experience with my husband. It was completely relaxing and refreshing after our travels. We also stayed at the Laaroussa, so it was an extra treat to be able to walk back to our... More

Building and the facilities were nice, but therapist and masseur can be more improved. They should know how to make the clients be relaxed and comfortable.

Thank you for your comments. Our spa service is driven by human being and not by machine.. One of the consequences is that one of our employee was sick this day and we had to replace her at the last minute which had lead this specific day to another consequence of lowering the quality we usually deliver. We apologize for... More

I booked the hammam for my parents as a present, they came out so happy about the experience saying that the two women had been very kind and professional, they would definitely do it again. Meanwhile my boyfriend and I waited for them first in the terrace and then we moved down to the lounge were we could sit next... More

This hammam and Massage were to be our first treat in Fes, Morocco. Being married for 20 years plus you have to treat yourselves once in a while. This was going to be our first hammam so we were very excited although the mr. didn't know I had booked it. We were running a bit late as we had just... More

We do encourage strongly our guests to write reviews regarding their feedback. In a huge majority of case, it is worth it and it allows us to try providing a better service. However, it is important that future tourists who come to visit Spa Laaroussa understand the following points: We do not provide any type of “Rose Milk wrap” and... More

We dropped in for a massage and were lucky to find an empty spot in their agenda since another guest cancelled the appointment. My wife and I enjoyed the excellent massage and would love to come back to do the hammam. The masseuses were very kind and professional and told us many interesting things about Morocco.

very nice people! we did hammam and massage, fantastic experience. The hammam accommodates only 2 people at a time. The prices are good, about 30 euro for 1 hour massage.

One would never guess from the outside but this spa is super relaxing specially after a few tiring hikes in the medina. The terrace on the top with the free drinks is really the cherry on top of the cake. One does pay for the privacy, but if u are looking for a nice 2 hour rest it is worth... More

We were not guests of this Riad but we booked a Hammam + Massage treatment for 2 at Riad Laaroussa' Spa. Personally, I have had several experiences of Moroccan Spas and this one was rather disappointing. To start with, as the place can only accommodate 2 people at the same time, the staff has to work on a very tight... More

even if a bit painful, it is thanks to comments like that we have to move on... the real professionalism is to anticipate more but i have to admit that we are apparently not there at the moment.... We already addressed all the issues you pointed out such as: cleanness, slippers size, talked with our man who picks up the... More
