Beach & Restaurants & Shops

The beach is quite good, loads of nice restaurants along corniche and two large shopping centres at each end!

I guess it is all perspective. I couldn't imagine benefiting from walking this corniche other than to see it from a taxi. It's just not attractive on western standards.

I have walked the Corniche and the beaches in this area for several years now and every year it gets better. Morocco is really cleaning up its beaches nicely and is making them even more family friendly. There are plenty of young men playing soccer at the waters edge, but there is still a lot of room for everyone else... More

On a day's visit on a cruise. We had seen the tram press day launch, possibly in 2012, on a previous visit. Curious about the modern facility. I had read the reports about Playas Ain Diab & Corniche and wanted to visit as it read very good and to experience the tram ride. NCL cruise staff very unhelpful - they... More

The promenade could be very beautiful if: - It weren't often dirty - It had interresting places and cafés to go to It's nice to have a walk down on the beach but you sometimes need to be mindful of where you step

I had a very good morning walking along the beach. Nothing much interest to see around such as shops, restaurants and caferia etc. But I have enjoyed the walking approx 5km long until I reach to the end of the beach where IMAX and new Morocco Mall is.

Took the tram from city center to Ain Diab for 7 Dhm. Nice ride. Beach promenade was OK, lots of beach, not much in the way of sights or entertainment. Beach appeared clean and neat. Corniche good for a walk of 1-2 hours, maybe stop at a small snack stand for refreshments, but that's about it.

Took the tram from downtown to Ain Diab to reachthe ocean. The view is fantastic, but the walk itself was beautiful. Many families enjoy the wide clean beach, and so many kiosks that you can buy refreshments or snacks. At the end of the walk either way, there are descent shopping malls with lots of shops and a nice food... More

Very nice landscape near the shore to walk. Beautiful restaurants! Safe, relaxing. You can ride horses at the beach!
