The most beautiful long clean and curving beach. Its been a magnet for sun-lovers for 50 years. The new town is a bit commercial and the promenade is full of trash places but nothing can detract from the lovely beach.

It is quite cold to swim in a ocean in March and can see only a few swimmers. Most of the time there are quite big waves.

a bit windy - we stayed by the hotel pool mainly but there are sun loungers and shades to hire. Fine sand tends to stick to you but the locals play footy and even do Zumba on Sundays

All the hotel have little areas roped off on the beach, this is to stop being pestered by people selling things, although they do constantly come up to the ropes calling to you. I found the beach quite dirty, it's as if they clean it then tip all the rubbish at the top end near the promenade.I had expected it... More

From a distance the beach looks great, and the noise/ sight of the crashing waves is just super. It was pretty dirty though, with rubbish peeking through the beautiful golden sand - tread carefully. Many hotels have areas sectioned off with sun beds available (sometimes at an additional fee). Sea breeze is delightfully refreshing - don't forget your suncream. You'll... More

I absolutely love Agadir Beach. This is the second time we have visited Agadir. It is large and peaceful. There were more people on the beach this time because the weather was great but even so it was still so refreshing to wander along taking in the atmosphere. Morocco is special, the local people are so friendly and everything about... More
