We visited this promenade in August, right in the middle of the Moroccan holiday. The place was crowded with tourists (mostly from Morocco, we spotted almost no other tourists). It lacks character but there is definitely no lack on activities especially for kids. We did a ride in the big wheel, which gives a nice view of Agadir at night.... More

Amazing walk to the Marina. Had some fun bartering with the locals for bracelets and for henna tattoos etc. BE prepared to get approached - its their livelihood remember - and apart of their culture - and a bit of fun!

The promenade is well deigned as far as access from all the hotels is very easy. There are access points every few hundred metres from the roads that are parallel to the promenade (Boulevard du 20 Aout and Route de L'Oued Sous). There are lots of restaurants (some of which are part of hotels). There is also a mini fun... More

The promenade is very busy especially at night, there are a lot of things to do. There are a couple of souvenir shops that are cheap. If you walk for 10 mins you will reach the marina that have a couple of sports shops and Zara's.

Long, snaking, clean and secure promenade all day long until late evening (well lit) Run it, walk it, skate it, cycle it, alone or with friends, it's not a "tourist place" it's for all, locals and tourists, young and older, families and loners, boys and girls, just everyone enjoys this superb promenade throughout the day.
