This is one of the largest most comprehensive collection of motorcycles I have seen. Everything from well restored vintage machines to famous racing machines. While the number of machines is a bit overwhelming, they are well displayed. A must see for all enthusiasts.

beautifully laid out and what a collection! We thoroughly enjoyed every inch of this museum. The videos that accompanied some of the exhibits where great (tho some hard to hear and no headphones) the signage was easy to read and just the right length to keep the flow going. Their are bikes of many types beautifully presented and you can... More

Mother nature didn't cooperate on this trip but all in attendance had a good attitude even as our beloved classics were drowning outside. The museum is sensory overload for those that love the history of motorcycles and the people who live the life.

Large building lots of displays; very informational for a BMW rider. I wasn't sure what to expect but ended up not having enough time to see all j wanted. Very clean and displays are very well done. Well worth $10 and I will return again when I have more time.

This place is incredible & has so much to see! Large clean building w/like 400 varied changing motorcycles & bike related items tastefully displayed & can be seen close up. Nice gift shop, events, low price admission, w/easy highway access & located in wonderful Anamosa, Iowa. Check out their website. Been twice & can't wait to return!

German, Italian, British, Japanese and even the American brands are here. Old and newer. Famous and infamous. In the famous category are bikes owned by Steve McQueen, Evel Knievel, Peter Fonda, and more including some that were in movies. The museum is well maintained. They have sidecars and race bikes too!

The good thing about this Anamosa museum is that it is literally has the best collection of motorcycles I've ever seen, and I've been to a lot of places. The bad thing about this museum is that it badly lacks any explanation for the motorcycles it exhibits; so you literally can wind up strolling a huge hall filled with hundreds... More

Had a great time. Got to say Hi to Jonn Parham as he was packing up for Davenport. Definitely would go back to suck in more history! From all the amazing displays! Thx John Parham! We stayed at the AmericInn. Nice! :)

The National Motorcycle Museum is a place that should not be missed. My wife and I spent over 4 hours there and I plan on returning. The museum features many historic and important motorcycles and displays. The folks running the museum are extremely friendly and helpful. The price of admission is cheap for what is provided.
