My brother just started attending and the staff and faculty have been really helpful. The students that helped when he first moved in to his dorm were friendly and kind.

Good place to study in the future. A big campus with a lot of stuff to do and see. The town is calm and hospitable.

ISU offfers many fun activies from concerts/sports events/and lectures. Mostly a college town that empties out during the summer.

My son is transferring to ISU and we were there for registration and orientation. Absolutely beautiful campus. All of the students and faculty we came in touch with were very friendly. I got a real good feeling about this school and campus, safe, friendly and an overall good fit. Now if we can just beat those folks over in Iowa... More

Can't be beat! Top academics, too! Many areas of study. Good housing, athletics, music, etc. ISU adds to the atmosphere of making Ames, Ia. a great college town/area.

Nice shuttle service and bus drivers were super nice. Recreation was terrific. Love the stamp union, food court has many choices.

A lot of cool building's, beautiful lawns, and home of the Cyclones. Nice Viesha parade and celebration also.

The campus is beautiful and the staff and students were very knowledgable and nice. My son is very seriously considering this college.

I grew up in Iowa, lived away and now am back here. My daughter is ready for college this fall and our family wanted her to go to an out of state school to broaden her life experience. They keep spending money on new buildings, but they should be updating some of the really old ones more often.
