While the gardens are very beautiful and well taken care of, I would advise anyone planning a wedding here to reconsider. The staff has their own agenda as far as weather they like you and feel they need to impose fees on you not in your contract. After our wedding, we were threatened with charges as well as harassment by... More

This is one of the most beautiful gardens we have seen...beautifully laid out and taken care of. The butterfly is a wonderful teaching facility and the emergence window a great place for children to learn about life. The conservatory is a tribute to artistically placed plantings and a changing exhibit. My grandchildren enjoy the activities, Trick or Treat and many... More

Any time of year don't fail to stop here. The butterfly pavilion alone is worth seeing. The rose gardens in the summer and the lily pad pond are incredible.

This is an outstanding butterfly and flower garden! Beautiful displays! I volunteer here to give tours to children and help with story time for children.

Love going to Reiman Gardens for events and wandering around their beautiful gardens. Kids like to see everything too. They especially love to jump on the chimes next to the rose garden.

Reiman Gardens is a great place to visit any time of the year. There are always special exhibits including traveling ones that come for a few months and then move on. The grounds are in great condition and the exhibits specifically for children are engaging and fun. Its not a huge area so it's doable in a couple of hours.... More

Reiman Gardens is a lovely family experience, even on a rainy day. It is a hidden gem and worth the stop.

This is a nice place for all ages. There is a butterfly wing inside along with a gift shop that has some unique gifts. When you are outside be sure to check out the different sculptures along with the gardens. This is a good way to leave the busyness of life and spend some time outdoors. There wasn't food for... We visited Reiman Gardens while in Ames to see our daughter. It is a beautiful little piece of paradise. ONCEyou get past the pricey $8.00 admission per person! It is quiet and peaceful, with a large variety of plants. Some of the formal gardens were a disappointment, such as the rose gardens, but overall a nice visit.

Beautiful gardens with innovative themes that change annually. Great stop for garden ideas and education. The gardens also include a world class butterfly house, seasonally themed conservatory and well appointed function rooms for weddings, meetings, etc.
