I wasn't expecting much but the fireworks show was really great. It lasted for around 10 minutes I guess. I'd travel to watch it if already close by, but I wouldn't worry about travelling across the island just to see it.

Every Friday night., you can watch the fireworks here around 7:45. It's busy and there are lots of people, but you can stand on the stone pier, on the sand or sit in lounge chairs (though sitting will cost you $6 for a 10-minute show!). We got there a little early and took pictures while the kids played in the... More

We watched the display from the beach which is a great viewing point. We were staying at the Hilton Hawaiian Village who host the display after their Friday night show.

I used to live in Waikiki and could kind of see the fireworks from the balcony of my apartment on Lewers Street. They are a typical firework display. I saw them every week, so it wasn't a big deal to me.

Best FREE show in Waikiki...can be seen from the beaches. Bring your lounge chairs and hang out...or ask for a beachside table at Dukes or the Ocean House restaurants.

The Hilton Hawaiian Village lets off a fun (not too long) fireworks display at 7.45pm every Friday. A fun way to kick off your weekend when in Waikiki. The fireworks can be seen by simply walking down to the beach alongside the Sheraton or strolling to the Hilton Hawaiin Village for a close up.

Every friday the Hilton puts on a fireworks show. Part of the fun is going out on the beach and waiting for it to start. It was a short show, but worth seeing and the children really liked it.

Going back to the Hilton Hawaiian Village for my wife's birthday. We visited here back in 2012, and we loved it. The room was spacious and clean. The location on the beach was great. This location has everything you need in a vacation spot such as restaurants, shops, and activities. Please make sure to have your Hilton card when you... More
