The USA was pulled-into World War-II by the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor - the very place where it all started and ironically this was the very place where it all ended when the Japanese signed the Instrument of Surrender onboard the USS Missouri. More

As part of our Pearl Harbor visit, we went aboard the Mighty MO - the USS Missouri battleship BB63! This massive ship is awesome, and they have opened it up for all to see! It's location is great - facing the Arizona Memorial, as if to protect it. You will be on the ship for at least an hour, but... More

This is a must do while visiting the Valor of the Pacific. I would skip the sub and air museum and do this instead along with the USS Arizona. We spent over three hours touring this ship on our own. We did the self guided tour with the audio wand and it was very informative and interesting to tour this... More

You need to take a bus from Pearl Harbor to see this battleship. It is moored at Ford Island. The tour includes the actual spot on the battleship where the Japanese surrendered as well as the area where a Japanese plane crashed into the deck, The day we were there a movie was being made so we could not go... The Missouri was my most memorable part in visiting Hawai'i. I'd highly recomend going on a walking tour throughout the ship and see what happens below deck and there are no limits to taking photos. It's a credit to the people who have kept this impressive ship in pristine condition More

This was one of the most memorable parts of our visit to Hawaii. It was part of a tour which included the USS Arizona & Punchbowl Cemetery. Our tour guide on the Missouri was so good, very informative & interesting. There were no limitations on taking photos & you could go through other parts of the ship after the tour... More

We enjoyed a walking tour of the highlights of this great warship, given by an enthusiastic and well-informed volunteer. This is an impressive ship that played an important role in our nation's history. Juxtaposed with the USS Arizona, the Missouri effectively bookends the US involvement in World War II, and is a must-see complement to the Arizona memorial. More

As my husband loves history he was pretty pumped to see this place after spending the morning doing the USS Arizona tour. I didn't know anything about the USS Missouri beforehand but I'm really glad he had us visit this place. I honestly had no idea this is where the japanese surrendered to mark the end of WWII. You will... More

We had a couple hours until our Pearl Harbor time slot so we decided to exchange out tickets to make it 3 hours and bought our tickets for the Missouri- it was one of the nicest things we have ever done. I have been on several aircraft carrier tours but never a battleship-its amazing! They start you out with a... More
