The previous reviewer was mistaken about Kuhio Beach being close to Sunset Beach. The distance is about 30 miles or so. I just returned from a trip to Oahu March 16, 2004. Kuhio beach is beautiful but it is in the Waikiki Area on Kalakaua and there is many tourist there.
