A snorkeling trip to Molokini is a must-do in Hawaii. It's important to choose a good tour company that caters to your needs. We paid a little more, got a faster boat with fewer seats on-board and NO kiddie slides. Our boat was filled with adult travelers which was more pleasant for us. if you're traveling with kids, of course,... More

Snorkeling at Molokini is billed as one of the "do not miss" activities at Maui, or even the whole of Hawaii as it is said to have the best coral in Hawaii. While the trip there itself is an adventure, the corals do not compare to the one I have seen at one marine reserve at Cancun. However, the coral... More

looks way cooler from the air than in real life. Almost no vegetation or life ON the crater, because it's all under water! Do a dive trip here, it was really cool and you see lots of "only in hawaii" fish. I would recommend this for a dive and maybe a snorkel trip :) More

We dove at Molokini last week and it was absolutely beautiful. Its hard to believe people didn't see fish there, they were everywhere! We saw a two foot lobster, tons of fish, coral, etc. The water was so clear you could see perfectly at the surface (for snorkelers) or at 80 feet (for divers). Wonderful. More

I took snorkeling trip provided by Pacific Whale Foundation. Molokini is a nice snorkeling place, at least, for beginners. More

Waste of money. Molokini is not as it appears in the pictures.. its a giant ugly bird poop rock. The waters are so crowded. And the coral reef is basically dead. Thanks to all the tourists and their sunscreen killing the reef. The only fish we saw was when my sister started puking her brains out. Horrible trip. Never ever... More
