It like stepping back in time, when things were a little slower and more tranquil. Be prepared for a long drive-but well worth it. It might be a good idea to take your time and spend th night in Hana.

Hana Bay is beautiful if you can stay in Hana or want to enjoy a very long drive each direction from the airport area. If you are staying in Kaanapali then it is a very long drive but hardly anyone around.

My wife and I stopped here while we were driving on the road to Hana. We were not impressed. It seemed like an average harbor that had a lot of industrial work being done in it. Since it is off the beaten path, I would not recommend going out of your way to go here. There were several other cars...
