We had already viewed the Na Pali coastline from an awesome helicopter ride, but it was nice to be on the water motoring along. You can sit in the shaded area at the center of the boat, or ride up front and enjoy the spray of water from the swells. The coast line is beautiful but the snorkeling was just... More

Second time with this company and crew. Great for kids..shaded and with a bathroom! Good size zodiac-small enough to go into the sea-caves but big enough to ride smoothly on the ocean!

What a great trip! The Captain and crew were fun and informative. They knew the perfect spots to see hundreds of spinner dolphins. Close up pictures and video of these dolphins were amazing. We also saw several whales and actually experienced a humpback whale fully breach! The Na Pali coast line was beautiful and the crew pointed out the profile... More

Went with this one on advice that it had more desirable features over my first (higher rated) choice. In reality the bathroom touted as a 'feature' was referred to by the captain as requiring bravery to actually use it?? In fairness, the crew seemed competent, courteous & worked to add humour to a dismal, disheartening 'tour'. Once committed through a... More

I was worried that, being in Kauai in November, we wouldn't be able to see the Na Pali Coast, but we were fortunate to have a nice day with calm seas. The captain, Pat, and his assistant, Jason, were knowledgeable and informative. We saw spinner dolphins and turtles and had wonderful views of the coast. The boat went through a... More

We took the 42 people certified boat to Napali (explorer 2). We had a great experience with the captain, owner, and staff. The food they provided was also tasty. The Napali coast view, was first rate.. it's an absolute must do in Kauai. The boat experience, well, I wish we chose to go with one of the smaller boats to... More

We liked the idea of riding in a smaller boat to see the coast. It was fun, but somewhat strange. There were a lot of island kids (20+ year olds) partying up in the front of the boat. They had wine, beer, etc. We didn't know that you could bring that with you or we might have and joined them.... More

The Na Pali coast is awesome and by raft is a great way to see it. We (Family of 4) took the large raft to satisfy all we wanted to accomplish: see the coast and take pictures, go in the sea caves (the large catamarans cannot do), see the dolphins, and snorkel. This size raft enabled us to do all.... More

So we booked this raft excursion after having hiked the Nualolo Trail the previous day, thinking to ourselves "how cool would that be to actually set foot on that beach we spied from 2,000 feet above"? We took the afternoon tour, which was predictably bumpier but the only one with spots left on such short notice. The raft ride was... More

We were 4 gals excited to see the beautiful Na Pali Coast. To begin, a delightful native Hawaiian lady gave us a brief description of what to expect, shared some Hawaiian history, and some safety rules. Because it was Mother's Day she gave us a mug and flower. Great customer service but only from her. The captain and co-captain were... More
