Whether you sail along the coast or take a helicopter tour, the Na Pali coast is very photogenic. Unfortunately the light in the morning is coming from behind, so it's difficult to take nice pictures. Next time we'll try an afternoon/sunset cruise, to see if the picture story is easier. The coast itself has been the backdrop for several movies,... More

One of my favorite beaches is the end of the road, Ke'e Beach. Twice on this trip I hiked the first two miles in on the Kaulaulau trail that begins at this beach. One can view beautiful vistas and enjoy a stop at the beach for a picnic lunch and swim after hiking While I saw some hiking in barefoot... More

Stunningly beautiful. One of the most beautiful coastlines in the world. We saw it by boat and helicopter. This is an absolute must see!!

Even if you only hike in a couple hundred yards, it's worth your time and effort. The dramatic and spectacular NaPali Coast should be one of the "wonders of the world" if it isn't already. Seeing it by boat is also amazing, although time of year, swell, ocean conditions and weather play a huge part in one's experience. Hike it,... More

The Grand Canyon of the Pacific DOES NOT disappoint. We took the small boat tour up the coast which enabled us to get into some of the sea caves and then snorkeling, which can't be reached from some of the larger tour boats. This is definitely one of the best ways to see the coast.

The seas were calm, atmosphere clear enough to glimpse natures beauty, while we didn't get to see much sea life the panoramic mountain views, ocean, falls and sunset were just as majestic. It is by far the best part of "the garden island" that is Kauai, there's a lone island (remote) way out beyond the mountains that was so intriguing,... More

We were fortunate enough to view the Na Pali coast from the sea (Captain Andy's sunset cruise) and from the air (Blue Hawaiian helicopter tours). If i had to choose, I'd go by the sea at sunset because the colors were vibrant and you had more time to absorb the beauty of the place. Either way, go see it because... More

Breathtaking from above. We were unable to go on our dinner cruise sailing excursion due to rough seas but seeing the Na Pali coast from one of several state park excursions from above was beautiful. Words, pictures can't describe the god given beautiful coast. The volcanic cliffs with sunshine streaming down on them with the beautiful blue water rushing up... More

The Na Pali Coast area is without a doubt the most beautiful and scenic part of the Hawaiian Islands. It's a "must see" whether you are hiking, boating, diving, or helicopter touring on the island of Kauai

Some of the most beautiful views on the planet. We have seen it on two different helicopter tours and from the deck of a cruise ship as we passed around the island of Kauai. Amazing!!
