Amazing Scenery That You'll Never See Again

It's just green mountains, rocks really, crashing into the sea. It's probably best seen from helicopter rides. It's also great to walk up to the look out at the end of the North shore and look down the coast and drive all of the way around the island to look along from the other side of the coast at Kolalau... We did a zodiac tour with captain a day's and a halo-halo catamaran sunset tour along the coastline for different experiences. Both were great and the zodiac we wanted to get into the caves, but the swell didn't allow it the day we went. Still a great view and close to the cliffs and dolphin action along the coast. The... First things first -- this is the least accessible part of Kauai, and, without a doubt, the most stunning one. It is hikeable via Kalalau trail (11 miles one way with the end point being the Kalalau valley, camping permit a must). But if you are considering doing it, make sure you can spare at least 3 days out of... More

We visited the entire Na Pali coast by kayak. It was beautiful but made for a really long day. You can also hike it with a permit that you have to apply way in advance. It's so lush and green and peaceful.

We drove to the top of the Waimea Canyon to see stunning views of the Napali coast. We also took a boat cruise with Captain Andy's which gave us a stunning view as well. Must see in Kauai!

This something very beautiful and can only be fully appreciated by being on a boat traveling down the coast of Kauai. Several really good boat tours available. You'll see dolphins, sea turtles, whales when it's that season and tons of fish if snorkeling is included! Go at sunset and you'll be blown away!

I went on sunset cruise with Holo Holo Charters and had a great time. Super relaxed and expert captain and super nice crew. Captain chased whales for us, navigated exciting waters and of course, took us to see the legendary cliffs.

It was a nice 2 mile hike in and 2 miles back to the trail head. Spectacular views of the coast. The Ke'e Beach was a nice breezy place to take a break.

By air or sea or foot, you will never see a coastal range like this! Cliffs, countless waterfalls, clear blue ocean, dolphins, and much more. Basically mother nature in all it's beauty.

We were able to see this coastline three different ways. We drove up past the Waimea Canyon to Kapa'a State Park and attempted to see from two overlooks, that unfortunately were shrouded in fog. The next day we took a flightseeing with Air Adventures and in the evening went on a dinner cruise along the shore with Holo Holo Tours.... More
