This is a fun place to visit and the best part is it is full of delicious chocolates and cookies! In addition to the numerous shortbreads and chocolates, there are unusual combinations such as chocolate dipped ika (dried shredded squid -- really) and everything is beautifully packaged. While not cheap, the quality is excellent and we will enjoy the treats... More

Upon arrival you are greeted with free samples at the door and freshly-brewed coffee. The store is clean and well organized. There is a little army of staff which will answer any questions you have and will allow you to try any product on display. Yes, any product. I am not a fan of shortbread, but this was absolutely delicious.... More

If you like chocolate, macadamia nuts & shortbread cookies then this is the place. We use their website to order gifts for business and personal. Mahalo!

Give everybody who walks in the door free samples of some of the best tasting shortbread and coffee they've ever tasted in their life and watch your sales shoot through the roof! I wanted to buy everything I touched including the coffee. But, I managed to restrain myself to two bags of cookies (to share). But, I'll be looking for... More

As you open the door the samples start. Watch out it's addictive, you can't stop tasting and buying. We were given two different types of shortbread and coffee at the entrance and then there are more samples as you make your way around the shop. It is a very professional operation and the kitchen is behind large glass windows so... More

The free samples start the moment you walk through the door. Cookies, candy, coffee, yummy! Just inside there are large glass windows so you can watch the candies being made. There's an ice cream and smoothie bar that is very tasty as well. The prices reflect the quality of these gourmet goodies but they're well worth it. If you're in... More

Great shop especially if you like chocolate! As you enter, you will be able to sample random types of their products throughout the store. You can also watch workers make different items for sale in their shop. It is a bit expensive, but good candy, especially chocolate usually is when it is quality.

Firstly I am love any shortbreads but Big Island Candies are one of the best going around. The shop is quite big and even has a large viewing into the factory so you can watch the workers make everything. The shop has so many taste testing treats of their products. The staff were very friendly and I enjoyed visiting the... More

Thought it was great that there were random samples throughout the store. Interesting to watch the workers dip the delicious shortbread cookies in white or milk chocolate. I asked an employee if there were any items with peanut butter. He graciously showed me each of the items. He was so friendly and he even took the time to get me... More
