Went to Roatan on Carnival, slow pace in comparison to Grand Cayman. Decided to swim @ private beach area that is a walking distance from the cruise ship. It was very convenient. Did consider doing the Zipline shore excursion but was very happy to taking it easy.

We recently stayed at Infinity Bay. There is a man that walks up and down the beach selling Empanadas - fish/beef/chicken. Don't be afraid of this wonderful food. Two for $5.00 is what we paid. He also has homemade pico de gallo. Great food!
You will also meet Milton - he walks the beach selling Banana donuts. Wonderful - $1.50...

I had the most excellent Spanish teacher. Her home was set up for instruction. She had various workbooks, and was dedicated to teaching me Spanish that best fit my learning needs. 9 of us booked a tour with Victor Bodden. They were great. He responded to my email quickly and our driver Ald was great. We did the monkeys and the zip line and were very happy with them. I would highly recommend Victor Bodden.
