Eight of us came from a cruise ship with a day planned at Steve's Paddle Shack. It was raining HARD and when we arrived we thought we would have to cancel, but the cove was extremely calm and after the hard down pour our children were able to get on the paddle boards without any problems. Steve was so hospitable... More

Great little shop on the beach in West End. Right next to the Sundowners beach bar, which happens to have some pretty good food. We rented two boards for the week and wished we had more time to paddle board during our stay. He gave lessons to our children and they were able to pick up the basics pretty fast.... More

We were on a cruise and stopped at Roatan for the day and had heard about this guy and we are so glad he was available! We got a grand tour of the island and he knew all the best restaurants and bars and beautiful beaches that werent crowded! We decided to go snorkeling instead of paddle boarding and had... More

We rented SUPs for our week long stay in Roatan and had such a great time!!! We used the paddleboards to travel between West End and West Bay and also used them to get out to the reef everyday for snorkeling. It was so fun! Steve suggested that we get two SUPs instead of just one and we were so... More

Wow, what a different experience. Steve was a great instructor, even for the short time it took to introduce the basics. Price was better than I expected. Thanks for a great time.

We rented two boards from Steve for a week. He provides delivery and pickup of the boards. We paddled a couple times every day. The kids and adults alike had a blast. We even paddled from our house to Anthony's Key to see the dolphins and then on two West End and Steve loaded us and the boards up and... More

Prior to visiting Roatán, I had never been paddle boarding. It ended up being one of my favorite experiences on the island. Paddlers create their own pace and the activity can be for anyone. The views on the water are absolutely beautiful, especially if you go paddling on the bay during the sunset. Furthermore, Steve is one of the coolest... More

We ended up at the Sandy Bay West End Marine Park not knowing what to expect. Fortunately we were dropped off right in front of Steve's Paddle Shack. First of all, what an amazing location: in a beautiful bay - nice, calm water, lots of shade, food available right next door at Sundowners Beach Bar (very affordable). My teenage daughters... More
