This was a port shore excursion from our cruise. We took the Beach package which included a clam shell, floaty and chair rental with unlimited use of the cable car chairs. Since I am scared of heights, this was not very good for me at first but then I got use to it. The beach is very nice and clean.... More

Mahogany Beach is a private beach for Carnival cruise lines and Princess cruises, There are few stores and shopping area. It is a great place if you just want to enjoy the beach and relaxing, the location of this beach is very remote and far from Coxen Hole (Town) and West Bay or West End Beach.

Beach was nice. Lots of rocks in the water. Would recommend wearing water shoes in the water. We got off our ship early and secured some chairs. Glad we didn't pay the cruise ship excursion rate for the "guaranteed chairs with a clamshell". The first 2 rows of chairs our free, but on a first come first serve basis. Could... More

There were two carnival ships docked the day we went to mahogany beach. There are plenty of chairs for everyone but there are a helluva lot of chairs and pretty much everyone goes to there from the ships. It will bee very busy but don't let it brings you down. You ca go farther out where it is "grassy" and... More

First off, let me say that I knew I was not a cruise type of person when I went on this trip. However I went with a group of friends and thought it would be fun. When we arrived in Roatan, it quickly became evident that this was not what I had hoped for. It appears that the cruise ship... More

Took a tour off the cruise ship for the beach. We had an all inclusive package, which gave to a ride on the ski lift to the beach, a cabana for shade, snorkeling equipment and a float mattress for the water. The beach itself is very nice with a designated swimming area that is roped off for watercraft. The ski... More

This is a pretty destination. I didn't have any excursion planned for this stop on our cruise, but I wish I had. The beaches were small, but very clear water. The shopping here is okay, there are a few shops. I thought the prices were a bit high. There were options to go outside of the immediate entrance, but I... More

Tucked away, off the beaten path. What a beautiful, peaceful place. Free chairs on the beach, shade or full sun for anybody.

A simple but very organized and clean place. The trees are so green, that you would not see that even in the Amazon Forest. About 50 small villages gathered around local churches, that work as well as hospitals and schools. I fell in love with this place.

The ship pulled up to the doucle docks. The oceania Regatta has 680 passengers. Not many got off. We did. The ranp leads THROUGH a store. Some of the liquor is the same price as Ontario Canada. OUCH. then there's an ubuiquitous Diamons International and a few other stores. A reasonably clean washroom. Antiseptic is the work for the whole... More
