I read a lot online before going so I knew what to expect. There are always some premadona babys who would complain about anything. I thought the staff was very helpful and the pre-dive briefing told everyone what to expect on the dive. This dive was so exciting, never did anything like this before. Would do again next time on... Do your shark dives elsewhere! AVOID THIS PLACE, First let's talk about the boat. It is a plane panga boat, not a dive boat. It has no tank racks, no oxygen, no first aid kit. I did not even see life jackets! If they had life jackets, the were not labeled properly. The whole set up is armature. Next the... More

This is a great experience! The dive shop is simple, you bring and hook up your own gear on arrival. They will help you if you need. Yes you wear your gear on the boat not a big deal the 15 min ride is not so bad. The water is choppy and the cure t is strong, don't go if... More

I loved the sharks they were magnificent. I will take some responsibility for the dive being very scary. I have about 30-35 dives under my belt. I consider myself a novice. Anytime I have dove in choppy waters, I get a bit panicky. The descent was not too bad às far as the current goes, but I was nervous and... More

This dive is lots of fun but is not necessarily for brand new divers. The divers go down a fixed mooring line about 73 feet and gather in front of a small coral wall in the sand. We were given an opportunity to swim around with the sharks. In our case there were around 20 sharks in varying sizes. After... More

This was a great experience, but it was by far the strongest current I've dived in (may not be that way every day). It is very cool to see the 15 or so sharks swimming around, extremely close to you, waiting to be fed. (Yes, it's contrived, but they are wild sharks and you're not likely to see them any... More

Everything about this experience is amazing. The staff is friendly, welcoming and incredibly professional. Everything is about you — your safety, your happiness. The initial briefing is clear and informative, with trivia and useful information about the reef sharks and how to behave during the dive. The dive itself is a dream — you get to see the sharks and... More

Roatan Shark Dive is a must. We been on the shark dive twice, and will do it again on our next trip. Great staff, and great experience. Something you must do while diving in Roatan.

I read through many of these reviews and I'm not sure I can understand why we've got such a huge difference of opinion. I absolutely though this was an awesome add on to my week of diving at Roatan. I waited until our last day of diving to do this trip because I figured I would either end it on... More

I was very frustrated with all the negative reviews which almost caused me to not do this dive. After my great experience, I have dedicated this review to debunking some of their foolish claims against a great dive company. First off, if you are a decent diver (which most of the negative comments are from uptight, newer divers) you will... More
