$$$$ for an over priced excursion from the ships!!! Luke warm Buffett and crowded with watery drinks..... Stay away... Do not waste your money!!! This was my 65th cruise...last week and this was the worst excursion I have ever been on!! Nothing is included on your admission price everything is an add on! Planes noises as they fly over to... We are a family of four with two boys, ages 11 and 14. This Key had it all for ALL of us with different interests. A special thank you to Edwin who worked with our 11 year old until he was comfortable snorkeling (at least 45 minutes). It could have been a long day but Edwin coached and taught with... More

The staff answered questions, picked us up and returned us in a timely, friendly manner; the animals they care for look like they are well taken care of and loved; they had lockers, great snorkeling with crystal clear water and nice coral; nice beaches with food and drink available. The experience is well worth it for all ages!

Booked through RCC cruise. We had a mixed group, a couple who wanted to snorkel and a couple who just wanted a day on the beach. This excursion provided both. It is 5 minutes by boat from the cruise dock. For $70 a head, it includes a lukewarm buffet lunch of soggy fried sea bass, baked chicken, rice/beans, and salad.... More

On 8/20/2015, my mother, wife, and I visited Maya Key private island as a part of our Royal Caribbean cruise. It is operated by Anthony Key resorts which operates several resorts in and around Roatan Island, Honduras. We all felt this was the best experience of the cruise; this island offers many amenities for a wide range of visitors. First,... More

We booked this excursion thru Carnival and so far it has been the best excursion we've been on. We took our 13 year old and she had the most amazing time. We went snorkeling and saw some really cool fish. My favorite the lion fish. We captured some cool pics on a disposable waterproof camera. We collected a few sea... More

My husband and I had such a great time on this private island. It is possible to walk a ways down the beach and pull your lounge chairs to the waters edge and enjoy your own little space with out other patrons right next to you. The animal habitat was very interesting and a lot of fun to walk around... More

This little island near the Roatan Airport has a snorkel pier that drops you right at the reef. It is amazing to see the crystal clear water and the reef teeming with sea life. The rest of the island has wild monkeys in the trees and other native species in a zoo like setting. The plants life around the island... More

Staff was friendly and helpful and the food was great. I was most surprised by the quality of the snorkeling! Head off the end of the long dock with the gazebo at the end and wind throught the shallow corals for about 30 yards until you get to the drop off. It's amazing! About 60 ft deep and full of... They do great work there with the animals and beach was great and love the food. Sea Bass was great and the Rice and Beans. Mayan ruins was a replica but look great and had a lot of history there to tell about.
