After recently arriving in Punta Gorda I decided it was time to explore the beautiful Toledo district, and what better way to do so than to go on an adventure with TIDE Tours. Our outing took us to the incredible Hokeb Ha wet cave at Blue Creek and then onto Rio Blanco Waterfalls. Just a short hike out of Blue... More

I am from Punta Gorda and still haven't seen all the beauties that TOLEDO has to offer. TIDE Tours offered me the opportunity in visiting new places that I never experienced before. I was along with some friends, and what I must say is that it was an experience worth doing since it was my fist time going into the... More

This is the second time I have used Tide Tours while in Punta Gorda. Delonie Foreman is so easy to work with, and my guide Martin never disappoints. I often find myself alone while my husband fishes, and enjoying learning all I can about Belize. I toured the Spice farm in Golden Stream. A+ all the way. I was more... More

We took a full days excursion with TIDE tours to visit the Mayan ruins of Nim Li Punit, followed by a gentle paddle down the Rio Grande. The ruins are partly restored and are locate in an impressive lush forest setting. There is also an onsite museum that houses some really stone carvings that have been recovered from the site.... Blue Creek Cave Tour with TIDE Tours was a truly once in a lifetime experience. I went out there with tour guide Martin, and he helped make the experience truly unforgettable. In addition to being very attentive to our needs during the tour, he was so kind, personable, genuine, and full of knowledge. I grew up in an area in... More

I visited Blue Creek cave with my parents and tour guide Martin Ack. There had been rain the night before so the water in the cave was running fast and the walk up to the cave was a bit slippery, but that just made for more of an adventure! Mum was not so confident on the walk so Martin held... More

If you like marine life then you have to take the snorkelling tour of Port Honduras Marine Reserve - it's amazing! I've seen a lot of the reefs in Belize and these have some of the healthiest corals. And so many fish! We also saw a pod of 20+ spotted dolphins on the way out! Food was good. Guide was... More

I had an excellent time kayaking on Joe Creek with TIDE Tours. The ride was simple but relaxing and picturesque. It's also a great way to spot some local birds and other wildlife. I suggest going in the evening, since the sunset views were lovely. The TIDE team was very friendly and helpful, and seem truly dedicated to sustainable development... More

I went on a number of tours with TIDE tours while I was in Belize--we went chocolate making (and tasting!) on a small, Mayan family owned shop; took drum lessons with local Garifunas; explored many of the country's pristine waterfalls and rivers. It was truly a spectacular way to experience the country. Our guide, Martin, had so much knowledge and... More
