Staying nearby means you can go in early or after everyone has left. The you can... More

It's a Maya ruin in the middle of the jungle, far away from any major population center. Very unique experience, cost about 50 dollars. sunscreen and insect repellent is a must More

Great site and wonderful river trip to get there and back. I will book through Tanisha tours next time rather than the "big box" companies. More

The journey down the New River to Lamanai was a blast. It was relaxing and refreshing. We got to see many animals and even interact with spider monkeys because our guide bribed them onto the boat with bananas. Lamanai was beautiful and humbling. More

The boat ride is half the adventure. Loved everything about this excursion. You'll get plenty of changes to see crocs and spider monkeys and some exotic birds. Lamanai is beautiful and strange. More
