I used Hun Chi'ik Tours for 1) my transportation from the airport to my hotel in San Ignacio 2) the Tikal day tour and 3) Actun Tunichil Muknal day tour. The cost of the hotel pickup was $66 US less than if I had arranged transport through my hotel, and my driver was ready and waiting when I got off... More

My girlfriend and I planned to do the ATM tour, but due to flooding we found out it wasn't possible as we arrived at Rudy's office in the morning. In addition to the two of us, there were 4 others that were in the same situation. Rudy suggested to all of us that we could do the Crystal Cave tour... More

We bumped into a tour guide when we got off the bus called Rudy who helped us find a great place to stay locally...not even his job! We then asked him about the ATM tour to which he offered the best price having already enquired elsewhere so a bunch of us booked on to it. The tour was brilliant. We... More

We did the cave tubing tour from San Ignacio in the beginning of december. Everything was good organised pick up, travel and the tubing as such. It was amazing to tube through the two long caves and the rainforest. The only negative point was the food, they say its included but since they serve it so late it is required... More

I can't say enough good things about Hun Chi'ik Tours. They are located in San Ignacio and operate all over Belize. The highlight of my entire trip was Crystal Cave, and Hun Chi'ik are one of the few that have access to the cave. Our guide Miguel was knowledgeable and very conscious of safety. Definitely a great choice!

Booked the ATM tour directly with the shop but after heavy rainfall throughout the night, the ATM cave was flooded. As such, we were informed in the morning that we would be visiting Crystal cave instead. We were further told that we didn't need to bring anything specific for this caving experience. The trek to the cave turned into what... More

I booked the Actun Tunichil Muknal tour thru Rudy and Hun Chi'ik tours October 30. The day started off a little disorganized because of people being late coming from outlying hotels. Once we got going a bit late it was the start of an amazing day. The guides, the caves, the supplied lunch and transportation were all top notch. I... More

We went to the Caracol site, day trip, Eric, our guide told us a lot of information about Caracol, long and bumpy ride but well worth it, also saw the Rio Frio Cave and Rio pools on this trip. The next day we went cave tubing, Eric was our guide that day also. Very good day. We also used this... More

Okay, so we searched around town, and our hotel for a tour of the ATM. We decided to go with Rudy and this company because their price was the best. Good thing we chose them though, cause it was a great tour. Our guide (Patrick) was really fun and took his time with us. Other groups were walking past us,... More

We had an amazing private Tik'al day tour booked with Hun Chi'ik. The transfer worked perfectly, nice driver in Guatemala, very good guide (Carlos) for Tik'al. He explained not only about the Maya site, but also a lot about the jungle. The lunch included was OK, nothing special, the extra beer with 20 gtq quite expensive. Overall a really great... More
