We went with K'Atun Ahaw Culture tours and had Elias as our guide to Tikal and the ATM cave. Elias is an outstanding guide and teacher. We felt very safe and his expertise in Mayan history and culture would be difficult to beat. He is an absolute gem and we would highly recommend him.

Elias was an excellent guide with loads of interesting information about the history, Mayan's, plants and animals. As a dual citizen of Belize an Guatemala, he's with you all the way.

My wife and I used this tour operator on two occasions during our recent trip to San Ignacio. They are conveniently located in the Casa Blanca Hotel on Burns Ave. We were very impressed with the level of professionalism and knowledge this group has to offer. We compared prices with other tour operators in San Ignacio and they were slightly... More

We were pleased with the service we received during booking and the day of our tours. This company is also a very good price compared to our hotel, they include everything in the overall fee. Eddie was a great guide for the Caves Branch tubing experience, friendly and knowledgeable! The Caves Branch park has very nice restroom facilities as well,... More

We stumbled across these guys in the reception of Casa Blanca. We booked ATM cave with them, and they let us piggy back a Tikal shuttle for our own overnight trip (everyone else in town wanted double what they were asking). Carolina and Elias own the company, and they are awesome, and their prices are competitive compared to the other... More

This was our only negative tour guide experience in Belize. I was cautious and slow crossing three rivers to get to the ATM cave, and the guide walked off without waiting and then scolded my husband and I for not keeping up with the group. We criticized his lack of concern for my safety, and he threatened/offered to give back... More

Hello, Hope everything is going well. As the owner of K'atun Ahaw Tour Operator I would like to know more about your experience. We have no record of you going to ATM with us, however, it would be useful if you can provide the name of the guide in order to improve. More

We took the "ATM" tour with this company and could not have been happier. We were a little concerned that it would not be up to par because the cost was about $20 per person less than that offered thru the numerous jungle lodges. We we just eliminated the middle man. We were not the easiest customer to deal with... More

We booked Elias based on his strong Tripadvisor reviews, and also because his rates seemed lower than other tour companies. We did Tikal and ATM caves with him. Both trips were very well organized and were great experiences. Elias is very much like a college professor. He possesses a wealth of knowledge. He taught us a great deal on a... More

Elias is an excellent guide with natural ability to deliver information in a friendly conversational way. Our trip to Tikal was well organised and seamless as Elias stays with you through the border crossing so you have nothing to worry about. With his wealth of knowledge of history and culture I would highly recommend him .

Elias took us to Tikal and ATM cave and both trips were fantastic. Ed took us to Barton Creek and Jaguar Paw and these trips were also fantastic. I liked that we kept small groups for our tours. Most of the time it was just the three of us, though we did pick up another couple for the ATM. We... More
