All we did was play at the beach part. My 5 years old twins had a blast. Since Belize city had no nice beaches this place was like a little oasis. Water was clean, sand was good and staff friendly. Fun atmosphere. Price for admissions was cheap. We finished the day at the restaurant. The food was excellent. This place... More

You will get a little history lesson here in the reading, but there is not much to see. For 10$ Belize, you walk through 3 large very hot and dark rooms. The first is a bit silly with a bunch of foliage, and a fake bird. There is an empty pond and a plastic skeleton here. The next two rooms... More

It is a man-made saltwater beach. The water slide and swing rope were a lot of fun to do and watch. There's a volleyball court, music, restaurant too. Good relaxing place to just take a break from everything! Not too bad of a place.

Man made beach. Water slide, swinging rope, volleyball, music, restaurant....cool place to hang out. Took kids there (ages 10 +12)...they were a bit dissatisfied with it. I thought it was a nice place to chill, but would have preferred a place to snorkel. A place more "Belize". Felt like I was at an extremely nice lake that could be anywhere.... More

This area gives rise o the imagination of America in the 1950's with its slow pace and old-fashioned lifestyle. The history of Belize can be traced before the Spanish explorers through the British times and in between. What a colorful history!

It's worth the short drive/shuttle from the cruise ship. Good eats, drinks, a beach/lagoon with water slide and a top notch museum on the history of Belize. Of course if you're spending more time in Belize see the actual Mayan ruins and spend some time in the Cayes!

The beach was man made water very cold. Volleyball, swimming, giant slide swing/rope, dancing, restaurant, historical lil mini museum , LIVE DJ on beach (music too loud) but okay bathrooms were clean and nice scenery. Slide was great & free tubes if you just want to relax in the water. It was very hot plenty of lounge chairs but not... More
