Snorkeling was great. Seeing the reef and corals and all the fish was pretty awesome. The beach was a lil rocky and with all the other visitors you may end up laying on the rocks.

The beach and water a very nice. I found the employees to be extremely helpful & nice! The snorkeling seems good....my 11 yr old and I had a fun time snorkeling on our own in the shallow areas and saw plenty of fish. My 5 yr old loved the shallowness of the beach area and the lack of waves. The... More

Last year, March 2013, I was quick to offer many platitudes and endorsements of the trip we made to Goff's Caye. However, one year later, times have changed. Firstly, however, the positives include the fact that the tour company's arrival point and payment area are now indoors instead of outside it the blazing heat (as it was in 2013). They... More

The downfall is that the sand is very rocky. The snorkel was beautiful. We seen a couple sting rays, some bautiful fish etc. My daughter freaked out at first, and they got us back on the boat quickly and the boat followed the whole time if someone got tired or what not. My daughter eventually decided to go back in... More

We booked through Island Marketing and after taking a tender from the ship, we had a somewhat difficult time getting signed in and finding out where to go to catch our boat to Goff's Caye but it all worked out. Then we had to cruise past the ship we just got off and go about the equal distance past it... More

This was my first time snorkeling. Better than I expected! However it was a bit intimidating for my 9 year old (also first experience). He ended up backing out. They boat you about 100+ yards off shore so you can snorkel around most of island ending with walking up on shore. Several guides break you into smaller groups and help... More

I went back and read other reviews and can see how I made this mistake. If you are looking for a good snorkel trip, do not do this one. It was the worse yet. The boat took everyone to an island where there were no facilities then handed out snorkel gear and reloaded the boat. The water provided was in... More

We took our family on this tour after reading comments here. Beautiful. Just know they will WAIT until all cruise passengers are off the ship and won't leave the dock until 11-1130. Shop, have a beer in the lizard since the boat slip in next to the bar. I thought the crew was great. I'm PADI cert yet chose to... More

I do alot of research and reading when picking cruise excursions, so I was really looking forward to Goff's Caye - the photos are gorgeous, and many of the reviews are positive. The day started poorly as soon as we got off the cruise ship. I booked the excursion through Island Marketing, but I believe the tour was actually provided... More

We reviewed this excursion in TA and thought it was something to do and looked forward to similar experiences of previous posters. Your first impression will not be good as there was a lot of confusion and delay in getting registered at the tender dock even though we had prepaid a deposit. Paperwork processing by this company is like a... More
