Our tours are fun, safe and a must do at this port of Belize. Apart from the turquoise seas, the sandy beaches of the many islands dotted off our shores and the rich blanket of rainforest that spreads across the country, there is a world yet to be explored beneath the surface. Discover the secrets of the ancient Mayas tubing through an underground realm exploring majestic caves, known as the Mayan underworld. This cave tubing adventure is done several places in Belize, including at the Caves Branch Archaeological Reserve. Visitors can experience a journey of a lifetime into a dark but mysterious place and learn about the Mayas who utilized these caves from as early as 300 A.D. The Mayas who occupied Belize thousands of years ago, considered these caves as Sacred. The Mayas only visited these caves periodically to conduct important rituals. « less

While on a cruise with my family we had this adventure lined up. It took 1.5 hours to arrive at the caves and then the same time to get back to port. First off, Belize is a very poor country and there is a monopoly on every product including alcohol. They have ONE beer, Belikin beer and it sucks. The... More

The events were well planned and managed. Guides were excellent, friendly and very helpful. The forest was beautiful and activities were entertaining.

I wasn't aware I would have to carry a big, heavy, inner tube. I paid one of the tour guides, jasmine, $5 because I would not carry one. Cave was boring, dark and flashlights didn't help much, either. I couldn't wait for it to be over. The hike to get there was not what I expected, either.

First of all, I don't remember if this was the actual name of the business but we did find them in the Tourism Village. We did not book this on our ship since we weren't sure what we would want to do once we got there. I have to admit, I was a little nervous booking this venture with someone... More

This is a must do in Belize. Certainly a nice bragging right when discussing your travels. I went with my wife and 2 children. The hike up to the entrance was a leisure stroll, but a distance. If you have physical limitations, you would need to take this into consideration. Once you arrive to the start of the cave tour,... More

Sit back in your inner tube in the calm waters of the Caves Branch River, while floating by cave formations and learning of the history of the Mayans.

Easy hike, through the jungle, crossing the river a few times, then a refreshing swim prior to floating downriver on a tube with our guide Luis. He was kind, soft-spoken and so very knowledgable about the river, jungle and caves.

It was a pretty neat experience, I have never done anything like it before. It was pretty laid back, the hike was not too bad for me, and my dad who has a bad knee even made the trek. Once on the water it was relaxing. The cave had an underground spring which created a cool waterfall area. if you... More

A group of girlfriends on a cruise - "no husbands, no family, no email, no cell phones, NO PROBLEMS!!" That was our mantra for this trip. Jovan met us at the dock area and we were on our way. Once we got to the park area the jungle was just gorgeous. Jovan explained many things to us about Belize. He... More

My husband and I,met Jovan and Alex for the first time, in Aug 2013 when we came to Belize. We booked a day trip to the caves. We had a fantastic time, as we missed all the cruise ship passengers, and had the caves to ourselves. Alex is so informed about the local nature it was a joy listening to... More
