My husband and I traveled to Caye Caulker for the first time last month. We had an absolute blast! What a wonderful island, filled with the most beautiful and kind locals. Our final night on the island we had the pleasure of doing the Sunset Sail with Shane and Shaq. It was our favorite memory we made from this vacation.... More

I booked the 3-day overnight sailing trip and it was amazing! The 3-person crew (captain Ish, Daryl and Elio) where great from the first minute until the last goodbye in Placencia. In the days on the boat we had a great time with lots of opportunity's for fishing, snorkelling and the most of all.......relaxing! The great chef cooked the best... More

Seeing that they ran the overnight tours Tuesdays and Saturdays, I emailed twice in 3 days, inquiring when they might have trip availability for 1 reservation. I did not hear back. I called the phone number and was told that they were not available Tuesday, only Wednesday. I asked to book a reservation for one for the following week. I... More

The reservation process is simple - Reservations are confirmed via email and email only - not over the phone (particularly for the overnight). Questions can be taken over the phone and customers are free to find out whether or not a certain date is or is not available via the phone as the office staff have the reservations book on... More

We booked the 3 day sailing trip from Caye Caulker to Placencia and could not have had a better time! We enjoyed sailing the open waters and being the only boat around! Captain Kevin, Gareef and Chef Dillon did everything to make the trip enjoyable and memorable. The snorkeling stops were amazing and catching fresh fish to eat for dinner... More

Took the full day Hol Chan excursion with Captain Jay and Crewman Shaquil. Great people who made this a truly memorable experience. Visited Shark Ray Alley, Coral Gardens and Hol Chan Reserve. Amazing marine life whilst snorkelling including sharks, stingrays, eagle rays and a moray eel. Great atmosphere on board with reggae music throughout the trip. Nice seafood lunch, fresh... More

We went on the Hol Chan snorkel trip with Captain Rob, his son, and Garif. All the crew members were knowledgeable, safe, and friendly. We were a bit concerned about the longer snorkel due to not being strong swimmers, but Captain Rob and Garif made sure to group snorkelers according to their ability and provide life jackets as needed. I... More

a group of us did the tour, was an awesome day. 70US$ can be a little daunting, but not when you see what you get. lunch, snacks, liquids, 3 snorkeling spots (2x coral, 1x swimming with sharks and sting rays), they provide all gear needed. we were on the green boat with Rob and his crew, highly recommend, they made... Amazing day! Very enthusiastic and caring crew: captain Ray and Shaq. Thank you guys! All the wildlife: nurse sharks, sting rays, spotted eagle rays, turtles, eels and so much more. The guides know their marine life! Lovely fruits, dinner, drinks and rum punch on the way back. Keep the reef safe and alive for future generations!

I was really happy with the day Raggamuffin provided. To be honest, the cost of a full day trip made me a little hesitant ($70 USD, I believe) at first - but once I realized how much it included, it's actually a great value. They provided a full, delicious lunch, plenty of cold drinking water, rum punch, and tons of... More

We had a good time on the ragamuffin tour. It was very windy, which made seeing turtles at Hol Channel stop impossible, but other two stops were good. Captain Vito is great! Lunch, ceviche & drinks were good! Boats are old fashioned and need new paint jobs, but otherwise it was fun!

Dear Reviewer - three of our five sailboats are crafted in the style of the traditional wooden sailboats here in Belize. Two of those boats are new boats, built specifically for Raggamuffin, moulded in the style of these traditional sailing beauties but given higher bows and seating for passengers comfort. We use them as they are a major part of... More
